Justice of the Peace

The City of Stirling provides a Justice of the Peace (JP) service at the Administration Centre (25 Cedric Street, Stirling), from 11:00am – 2:00pm. A JP can witness official documents, administer an oath or affirmation and take an affidavit.
Members of the public should note that the City of Stirling does not provide a photocopying service so we ask that customers bring their own copies of documents for witnessing.
