With the popularity of cooking programs, and Paul Mercurio's up and coming visit to Scarborough Library, cooking books are once again in hot demand. There are some great new titles on the shelves to tantalise your tastebuds and inspire you.
- Wine and Food, by Kate Lamont is infused with Kate’s special gift and flair for cookery, bringing together the best and freshest produce Australia has to offer. Uniquely organised according to wine and flavours.
- Mercurio’s Menu,is a great mix of recipes and stunning photography taken from Paul’s travels around Australia and New Zealand.
- When I Get Home, written by Matt Moran who is one of Australia’s most recognisable and visible chefs. This book is full of really great and interesting recipes.
- Jamie Oliver is back again with Jamie’s America. This is a practical cookbook with each chapter focusing on the food and recipes of a different state.
