The development assessment guide has been developed by the City of Stirling to assist small business and other users in identifying what kinds of development can occur on a specific property.

The assessment is not a formal application for the development of a property, but will assist business in making decisions as to whether an application would be successful if formally applied for.

The benefit to business is that a number of properties may be compared without going through the time consuming process of making a formal application and through providing accurate information business can make more informed decisions in a reduced timeframe.

The development assessment guide has been developed by the City of Stirling with assistance through AusIndustry's Regulation Reduction Incentive Fund (RRIF).
