Each year the City of Stirling runs a calendar of free community events catering for all ages and tastes.

Our 2009-2010 events season will feature:

• Tunes at Twilight Outdoor Family Concert Series at Stirling Civic Gardens and Celebration Park in Balga;
• The City of Stirling Summerset Festival 2010 featuring Retro Rock, Funtopia and At the Beach  ;
• WAPPA in the Park-a joint event with the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) showcasing the Academy's talented students;
• Kids Day Out - "Kidding Around" at Carine Open Space;
• "Its Showtime" - Children's Theatre Show at the Scouts Hall in Dianella; and
• Cafe Culture including comedy shows and window art on Beaufort Street in Mt Lawley
