Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre in Inglewood has indoor and outdoor pools, a fully equipped gym and aerobics centre, meaning it is a great place to go to get fit or to hang out with your mates. Just remember to bring your student concession card to get discounts on entry to the pools.

Group Fitness - Must be 16 and over
Body Balance
Body Balance, Body Combat, Body Pump, Boxing Circuit, Hi Energy, Yoga, Coreball and Lite Circuit.
Aqua Classes
Aqua Into, In too Deep, Deep Anchored, Aqua 4 All, Deep Circuit Blitz and Aqua Step.
What to bring:
- A water bottle and towel
- Present yourself to reception to collect your class pass
- Enclosed shoes are compulsory (unless participating in Aqua, Yoga or Body Balance)
- Please inform our instructors if you are new or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of.

Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre has been specially designed to provide an optimum learning environment. Our AUSTSWIM qualified and experienced staff will guide your child through the Swim and Survive Learn to Swim levels one to nine.
