The City of Stirling provides a Justice of the Peace (JP) service. JP’s are involved in a wide range of duties and responsibilities, mostly witnessing signatures for documents such as passport applications and wills, to hearing matters in Court.
JP’s are highly respected members of our community and volunteer their services.
The City of Stirling JP is located at the Administration Centre (25 Cedric Street, Stirling).
Services are available Monday to Friday from 11.00am to 2.00pm.

Please be aware that the City of Stirling does not operate a photocopying service, so we ask that customers bring their own copies of documents for witnessing.
