The City of Stirling’s Pet Cremation Service allows you to say farewell your pet in a dignified and comfortable manner. The service has been running since 2001 and offers individual cremations, a collection service and a memorial wall. All of our staff are committed to offering you a compassionate service and assist you in dealing with the loss of your loved pet. The collection service is provided free of charge for City of Stirling residents during business hours (outside the City of Stirling collections start at $48).

Fees and charges
Cremation and package options include an individual cremation with ashes bag and the fees are as follows:
|Small pets (under 10kg)
|Medium pets (11 – 20kg)
|Large pets (21 – 35kg)
|Animals (36kg and above)
* City of Stirling residents are eligible for a 10% discount on the above rates
All prices include GST, an individual cremation and products depend on availability. Prepayment on all cremations and products is required. Payment can be made via credit card over the phone; you may also pay by EFTPOS, cash or cheque.
There is also the option to commemorate your pet using our memorial wall or garden. Prices from $290 for 10 year tenure.
We will pick up your pet from your home or vet clinic. Collections are free during business hours from within the City of Stirling. For areas outside the City of Stirling collections start from $48.00 per hour and is payable by cash or cheque.
It is often difficult to say goodbye to a pet that has given unconditional love and support. If you or your family are having difficulty coming to terms with your loss it may be a good idea to seek professional counselling from organisations such as Lifeline , a 24 hour telephone counselling service. Lifeline can be contacted on 13 11 14.
