There are several organised walking groups in the City of Stirling, including indoor mall-walking. Find out how to join one of them, or just start walking with a group of friends!
Heart Foundation Walking groups
There are currently 17 Heart Foundation walking group sessions to choose from, spread across seven different suburbs. These walking groups are led by dedicated volunteer leaders, who have been trained by the City of Stirling to ensure that the experience is enjoyable, safe and rewarding for all.
All age groups are welcome! If you would like to join a walking group please contact the Club Development Officer to be connected with the relevant group leader or visit the Heart Foundation
website for details.
See the Parks and reserves page for a list of walking trails in our reserves.

Karrinyup Shopping Centre mall-walking group
The Karrinyup Shopping Centre mall-walking group is a great opportunity for older people to walk in a pleasant, safe, secure and undercover environment.
Walkers are encouraged to walk at their own pace, and these groups are ideal for people who have been inactive or injured and are just starting to get back into an exercise program.
