The Yokine Community Recreation Centre car park has 29 normal and 2 disabled bays, with easy access to the centre and toilets for people with disabilities.
Rooms available for hire
The Yokine Community Recreation Centre has a main hall, meeting room, activity room and craft room available for general hire.
Main hall
The main hall has the following features
• 221 m² a wooden floor
• Maximum of 225 persons (depending on set up)
• Air conditioning & heating
• Attached kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and continuous hot water urn
• 40 tables and 190 chairs.
Meeting room
The smaller meeting room has the following features:
• 58 m² vinyl floor
• Maximum of 25 persons
• Air conditioning & heating
• Whiteboard attached to wall
• 9 tables and 22 chairs.
Activity room
The activity room has the following features:
• 34 m² carpeted floor
• Maximum of 25 persons (depending on set up)
• Air conditioning & heating
• 9 tables and 15 chairs.
Craft room
The craft room has the following features:
• 130 m² vinyl floor
• Maximum of 130 persons (depending on set up)
• Air conditioning & heating
• 40 tables and 130 chairs.

Booking rates are:
• Venue hire—$26.50 per hour
• Refundable bond—$100.00.
Meeting room
Booking rates are:
• Venue hire—$16.50 per hour
• Refundable bond—$100.00.
Activity room
Booking rates are:
• Venue hire—$16.50 per hour
• Refundable bond—$100.00.

Conditions of hire
All room bookings the Yokine Community Recreation Centre require a bond, which is refundable if all the terms and conditions are met.
