Parking and accessibility
There are 4 parking bays for parents with prams, 3 disabled bays and 53 parking bays located in the underground car park, which is fully lit at night. The entrance to the centre from the car park is through a fully automatic security door, which has access to a lift or stairs.
The Osborne Park Community Centre has disabled toilet facilities and a change room for parents with babies.
Rooms available for hire
The Osborne Park Community Centre is one of the City of Stirling's newest facilities, officially opened on 29 July 2001. It is not suitable for functions or parties.
Main hall
The main hall has the following features
- 227 m² wooden floor
- Maximum capacity of 200 persons (depending on set up)
- Air conditioning and heating
- Kitchen facilities—bar servery, fridge, microwave, stove and hot water urn
- Attached courtyard
- Loading bay adjacent to kitchen
- Stage, change rooms
- 30 tables, 8 smaller square tables and 200 chairs.
Meeting room
The meeting room has the following features:
- 45 m² carpet floor
- Maximum capacity of 46 persons (depending on set up)
- Air conditioning and heating
- Television, video and whiteboard (mounted on wall)
- 7 tables and 46 chairs.
Craft room
The craft room has the following features:
- 34 m² vinyl floor
- Maximum capacity of 20 persons (depending on set up)
- Air conditioning and heating
- Sink, wall urn, fridge/freezer and mircowave
- Whiteboard (mounted on wall)
- 2 tables and 20 chairs.
