Nollamara Community Centre

The Nollamara Community Centre has a main hall which is available for general hire. This section also provides information on parking and disabled access, fees, charges and conditions of hire, and how to make a booking.

Parking and accessibility

There is on-site parking with 2 accessible disabled parking bays. The Nollamara Community Centre also has a male and female accessible disabled toilet and a wheelchair available.

Rooms available for hire

Nollamara Community Centre is available for seminars, meetings, workshops and seniors activities. It is not suitable for functions or parties.
 
The Main hall is available for general hire and includes a kitchen.
 

Main hall

The main hall has the following features:
  • 149m² jarrah floor
  • Maximum capacity of 100 people
  • Air conditioning and heating
  • Stage with sound amplifier system
  • White board
  • Piano
  • 30 trestle tables and 100 chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen has the following features:
  • 26m² linoleum floor
  • Servery, fridge, stove, microwave and urn
  • 100 cups and saucers.

Fees and charges

Peak evening booking rates

Community booking rate: $160.00
Commercial booking rate: $220.00
Room hire bond:  $250.00–$1,000.00
 
Price includes hire from 6.00 pm to midnight.
