Parking and accessibility
There is on-site parking with 2 accessible disabled parking bays. The centre also has male and female accessible disabled toilets and a wheelchair available.

Rooms available for hire
The Bob Daniel Community Centre is available for seminars, meetings, workshops and seniors activities. It is not suitable for functions or parties. The rooms available for general hire include a main hall, activity room and lounge.
Main hall
The main hall has the following features:
- 207 m² parquet floor
- Maximum capacity of 150 people
- Air conditioning & heating
- Attached courtyard
- Stage with accessible lift and 2 dressing rooms
- Sound amplifier system
- Piano
- 16 trestle tables, 20 small tables and 200 chairs.
Lounge
The lounge has the following features:
- 21 m² carpet floor
- Maximum capacity of 15 people
- Air conditioning & heating
- 15 chairs
- White board.
Activity room
The activity room has the following features:
- 34 m² carpet floor
- Maximum capacity of 20 people
- Air conditioning & heating
- Sink
- 8 trestle tables and 20 chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen has the following features:
- Floor—34 m² carpeted, 33 m² tiled
- Servery, fridge, stove, microwave, bain-marie and urn
- 100 cups and saucers
- Covered single parking bay adjacent to kitchen.

Peak evening booking rates
Community booking rate: $270.00
Commercial booking rate: $380.00
Room hire bond: $250.00–$1,000.00
Price includes hire from 6.00 pm to midnight.
