The Doubleview-Innaloo-Scarborough Local Area Project is the ninth project for the Local Area Planning program, with the community consultation completed in April 2010.
The Doubleview-Innaloo-Scarborough Local Area Plan is the first comprehensive community based plan the City of Stirling has produced for this locality. It forms part of the City's Local Area Planning program, which provides a local focus by concentrating on a defined locality. This allows for holistic consideration of social, economic and environmental issues and identifies unique opportunities in each Local Area, integrating the outcomes of community engagement with the broader strategic objectives of the City.
