How will my comments be assessed?
Comments will be collated and summarised in accordance with the City of Stirling policy for assessing submissions. Full copies of all submissions will be available to the City’s Council and to the Western Australian Planning Commission.
Where to next?
After public comments have been assessed, a report on the submissions will be presented to Council with recommendations, if any, for changes to Amendment 458. The Council may grant approval to the Amendment with or without changes or determine not to proceed with the Amendment. Should Council proceed, the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure is then required to grant final approval to the Amendment. |
