The City of Stirling offers several options for customers to pay their accounts (rates, homecare payments, etc), including by internet, post, in-person, and in certain cases, by telephone.
Please note: Should payment not be received for an instalment by the relevant due date, interest will accrue on a daily basis.
City of Stirling Online Payment system
Use our online payment system to pay directly to the City using your credit card. Please note that the credit card transaction limit is AU$10,000 per day.
Cards accepted: Mastercard or Visa.
BPAY
If your financial institution is registered with BPAY, you can make payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account.

Payment Number: refer to top right-hand corner of the front of your notice.
Paying by post
Cheques should be written for the exact amount and made payable to the City of Stirling

Paying in person

You can walk-in to pay at our Administration Centre located at:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. Please note that the debit card transaction limit is AU$1,000 per transaction and the credit card limit is AU$10,000.

Australia Post
You can also pay your accounts in person at any Australia Post outlet by cash, cheque or debit card.
Paying over the telephone
This option is only available on certain accounts. Please refer to your bill.
