Strategic plans

Customer charter
This City of Stirling is committed to be a dynamic, effective customer-focused organisation with a positive work culture. Our Customer Charter ensures the City successfully delivers services with a strong focus on our customers, and is reviewed on an annual basis.
Conduct and ethics
The City of Stirling has introduced a Code of Conduct and Statement of Business Ethics to prevent misconduct, corruption and fraud, and has also established a dedicated hotline for reporting alleged cases: 9345 8990.
