Councillor Cooke has lived in the City of Stirling for 20 years with long-standing involvement in Lake Gwelup Primary School, Gwelup Progress Association and Crossroads Community Garden.
With a background in Community Health and a postgraduate qualification in company directorship and coaching, Cr Cooke uses evidence based rationale and strong communication skills to guide her decision-making. With over 20 years of experience in community health, Cr Cooke knows first-hand the importance of reducing social isolation and developing local neighbourhoods as hubs for social, environmental and economic activity. She is a strong advocate for sustainable living and supports initiatives that will result in a sustainable, safe and vibrant community for families and people from all walks of life.

Councillor Jenkinson lives in Karrinyup with her husband and young family. Her children attend the local schools and are involved in a number of local sporting groups.
Cr Jenkinson is a trained social worker and throughout her career she has worked and advocated in many areas but with a particular focus on people being included in their communities and in control of their lives. She is currently Chair of the Ministerial Advisory Council on Disability and on the Board of Disability Services Commission WA.
Cr Jenkinson works in project management in the disability sector. Her particular interests are in the usable and accessible community facilities, sustainable parks and reserves, community involvement in services, and improving the opportunities for the diversity in our communities to be included and celebrated.
